The World Trade Centre is one of Melbourne’s largest integrated waterfront office complexes, strategically located on the banks of the Yarra River.

The complex is positioned directly opposite Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, the World Trade Centre is the gateway to Melbourne’s Central Business District.

The World Trade Centre comprises approximately 70,000 square meters of office space over four towers, each ranging from eight to twelve stories high, retail space, over 750 car spaces, plus multiple cafés and dining options; both internally and along the waterfront.

With the continuing development and evolution of the river and the Melbourne CBD we have re-focused the marketing of WTC with a focus on its strategic location and an acknowledgement of the need to differentiate it as an area of Melbourne.

The WTC Melbourne precinct has become the new centre for riverside available from Docklands, South Wharf and Southgate. Whether you live in the inner west of Williamstown, Melbourne’s CBD, or on the outskirts of Melbourne it’s easy to get to being close to public transport with Southern Cross Station a short five-minute walk, interconnecting trams and easy access to the key freeways whether you heading out to Tullamarine, the Westgate or the South Eastern freeway.

Towers 2, 3 and 4 together with the Retail precinct total 49,935sqm is owned by Join Glory WTC Pty Ltd (‘Join Glory’) and managed by United Development Melbourne Pty Ltd.
