Gilderoy Lake is located in Yarra Junction, 75 km east of Melbourne CBD and the land is approximately 1.4 million m2. This enormous rural property includes an independent villa, 20 townhouses and one of the largest privately owned fresh water lakes in Victoria with a water storage over 300,000 cubic meters.
